Viktigt \u00e4r det annars men speciellt viktigt \u00e4r det att g\u00f6ra det om man lever med l\u00e5ngvarig eller kronisk sm\u00e4rta!<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Att inte l\u00e5ta sig begr\u00e4nsas mer \u00e4n n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt av det onda&#8230;. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare sagt \u00e4n gjort. Man blir m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger r\u00e4dd att saker man g\u00f6r ska framkalla sm\u00e4rtan, vilket g\u00f6r att man kanske m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger hoppar \u00f6ver saker man egentligen g\u00e4rna velat g\u00f6ra&#8230; Vilket i sin tur g\u00f6r att man m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger blir ledsen&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>N\u00e5gra&nbsp;tips:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ta verkligen vara p\u00e5 stunderna d\u00e5 du m\u00e5r bra!! G\u00f6r n\u00e5got trevligt, skapa trevliga minnen att t\u00e4nka tillbaka p\u00e5 d\u00e5 du m\u00e5r mindre bra&#8230; D\u00e5 blir sm\u00e4rtan mycket l\u00e4ttare att b\u00e4ra.<\/li>\n<li>Var redo f\u00f6r ev kommande sm\u00e4rta, l\u00e4r k\u00e4nna kroppens signaler och ta v\u00e4rkmedicin i tid!<\/li>\n<li>Ta hj\u00e4lp av din omgiving om du har ont, sitt inte ensam, d\u00e5 blir det l\u00e4tt att man grubblar mera. Fokusera tankarna p\u00e5 annat \u00e4n sm\u00e4rtan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Dessa \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt sm\u00e5 men v\u00e4ldigt betydelsefulla saker som kan g\u00f6ra tillvaron och livet lite enklare.
