Har kommit ig\u00e5ng med simningen riktigt ordentigt. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker fara \u00e5tminstone 2 g\u00e5nger i veckan till bass\u00e4ngen och ge kroppen ett motionpass. <\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Den behandlande \u00c4ngeln har givit mig lite riktlinjer och r\u00f6relser f\u00f6r&nbsp;goda tr\u00e4ningsresultat. Effektiv simning 20 &#8211; 30 minuter per g\u00e5ng r\u00e4cker. <\/div>\n<div>Om jag promenerar b\u00f6r jag t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 h\u00e5llning och l\u00e5ta mag och musklerna i ryggslutet arbeta. Dessa muskler har blivit aningen p\u00e5verkade efter alla operationer.<\/div>\n<div>En promenad p\u00e5 ca 45 minuter r\u00e4cker.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Vad g\u00e4ller kost s\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag inte godis eller chips. Undviker snabbmat och kaffebr\u00f6d. \u00c4ter m\u00f6rkt i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r ljust br\u00f6d.
